About the Client
SalesDraft is an AI sales recruiter — the first AI agent purpose-built to recruit closers. It writes the ads, texts every applicant, and books interviews on autopilot for hundreds of high-growth sales orgs.

The Challenge
SalesDraft needed to compound MRR growth without scaling headcount at the same rate. That meant a paid + organic acquisition engine that actually converted, landing pages that closed demos, lifecycle email that didn't leak pipeline, and a CRM/automation backbone that could keep up with the volume.

My Role
I joined as a Marketing Intern and grew into a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist. Across that arc I owned the day-to-day execution of paid media, SEO, landing pages, creative, email, and CRO — and rebuilt the HubSpot + Zapier ops layer underneath all of it so growth experiments could ship without manual cleanup.

The Approach
- 01Ran Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — structure, creative, targeting, and weekly optimization against pipeline-quality signals
- 02Built and iterated conversion-focused landing pages tied to specific campaigns and ICPs
- 03Owned SEO — on-page, content, and technical fixes — to grow non-paid demo flow alongside spend
- 04Produced ad and landing-page creative (copy + visuals) in-house, shipping tests on a weekly cadence
- 05Wrote and managed lifecycle and nurture email — from new-lead sequences to re-engagement
- 06Ran CRO across the funnel: form friction, page layout, offer framing, and demo-booking flow
- 07Rebuilt HubSpot as the source of truth — pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, and reporting
- 08Designed Zapier automations to connect ads, forms, HubSpot, and downstream tools, eliminating manual hand-offs
