About the Client
April's Bakery is a Dubai-based cloud kitchen serving American-style cinnamon rolls through Deliveroo and Talabat. Their model leans on rotating weekly flavors and limited drops to build anticipation while delivering nostalgic comfort food to adventurous locals.

The Challenge
April's Bakery had minimal online presence and no cohesive digital strategy. With no SEO, no keyword research, weak social engagement, and no Google Business Profile, they were invisible in Dubai's crowded food delivery market and had no easy way for new customers to find or trust them.

I worked on April's Bakery as part of Team Poppy at Green House Digital. My contributions spanned local SEO, on-page SEO, and social media strategy.

The Approach
